Goalkeeper Training

Our Goalkeeper Training Program is designed to develop confident, well-rounded keepers through focused technical instruction and game-specific training. Sessions emphasize footwork, positioning, handling, shot-stopping, and distribution, while reinforcing proper movement mechanics. Each session is built to translate directly to game performance, helping goalkeepers react faster, move more efficiently, and command their box with confidence.

Goalkeeping Academy


Grades: 7-12


Experience Level: Intermediate/Advanced

  1. Program Length: 1 Month (4 Classes)
  2. Days/Dates: Thursdays (5/7; 5/14; 5/21; 5/28)
  3. Times: 7:30pm -8:30pm
  4. Description: This 4 week course will cover all aspects of the GK position including but not limited to movement principles, technique, positioning, shot stopping, and tactical awareness. Participants should have some experience playing the position at a competitive level for at least 1 season.
