Sport Performance Training

Our Sports Performance program provides athletic movement training for athletes of all levels and abilities. The program focuses on improving running/ movement mechanics, footwork/footspeed, general conditioning/fitness, flexibility, mobility, and strength in a safe and fun environment. It is a great way to supplement training for athletes currently involved in a sport or to get ready for the an upcoming sports season. Athletes will also learn about the importance of proper training and competition mindset to use throughout their sports seasons.

Speed, Agility, and Quickness (SAQ) Training


Grades: 7-12


Experience Level:Open

  1. Program Length: 1 Month (4 Classes)
  2. Days/Dates: Mondays (5/4; 5/11; 5/18; TUESDAY 5/26 at 6pm_)
  3. Times: 7:00pm -8:00pm
  4. Description: This 4-week program provides athletic movement training for athletes of all levels and abilities. The Program focuses on improving running/ movement mechanics, footwork/footspeed, general conditioning/fitness, flexibility, mobility, and strength in a safe and fun environment. It is a great way to supplement training for athletes currently involved in a sport or to get ready for the an upcoming sports season.
